About this property

Welcome to Colliers Hotel

Situated at 95-97 Warwick Way in Pimlico, Colliers Hotel offers straightforward accommodation in a no-frills environment. This family-run hotel provides unassuming rooms with basic amenities including a kettle and shower gel, catering primarily to budget-conscious travelers. While the rooms are clean and functional, some guests have noted issues such as firm beds, thin walls, and occasional damp smells that reflect the property's modest standards.

Facilities are limited, with no on-site parking, air conditioning, or restaurant services, and Wi-Fi access available for a fee. A complimentary continental breakfast buffet is offered, although this option may not be available at all times. Very handy to Victoria Tube and coach stations. Good value, clean, tidy, bed was a bit firm and pillows flat but was ok for the price. On a quiet street, didn't hear any outside noise at all but walls/adjoining doors a bit thin. I would return despite this.

For a budget hotel this was fantastic. Easy check in until midnight. Room simple and easy with essentials like kettle and shower gel. Very quiet (which is rare for London hotels!) location is fantastic. There is a vending machine if you want snacks in the reception area. Will book again without hesitation

Smell A bit meldew, I had to live door, window open for a while, clean most places, they don't have breakfast at all, no hair dryer in my room not important for me bc I let air dry my hair, share Batroom and shower but kept clean, Summer price get hight bc booking.com very agressif keep popping up changing your preference and taking over other companies... put 2 people for 1 person, it kept bookking for next year Aug 25 to Aug 26 price instead of now be very careful, or you lose out no refunds, and cheap price are mix share rooms they don't advertise that booking.com... that what make your experience frustrating. Hotel itself is fine but this time bed not confortable at all, very old can feel the metal hurting your back, hard to get up without pain, but I can't complain, got it last minute as emmergency it was a place to sleep nothing more no table and chair in basement, gratefull never the less, staff made up for it, friendly.

We had such a positive experience with this hotel. After being cancelled on by another hotel, the receptionist was so helpful with getting us booked in for last minute accomodation and bag storage at a reasonable price and accommodating all our requests. I couldn’t recommend enough for affordable central London accomodation. Thank you!

The room was fine, clean and comfortable, it had all that you would expect from a budget hotel. The only drawback was that at night some sort of engine of a house system was very loud somewhere behind the wall, found it difficult to fall asleep. The room was on the ground floor.

Low budget hotel in a good area. Close to coach / train / bus stations. Shops 5 minutes away. NHM, V&A, Buckingham and Big Ben are less than 40 min by foot. Great for a few nights stay while visiting London. But ... its a low budget hotel, people. Don't expect luxury. We had a room in the basement where there was no signal (wifi is not free), I did find some bite marks on my back from bed bugs and the view from the window was the hallway and the room next door.... but it was warm, sheets were clean, hot water at all times and it was quiet.

We stayed at Hotel Colliers for one night and had a positive experience. The location is excellent—we walked to Buckingham Palace and Big Ben, and from there we rented bikes and rode to the bridge. It’s ideal for exploring London on foot or by bike. Our room was very small, but since we were just passing through, it didn’t bother us. Plus, the receptionist was very kind and let us choose between that room or a larger one, which we really appreciated. The staff were very friendly—they stored our luggage after check-out with no issues, which gave us extra time to explore the area without carrying our bags. Everything was clean and tidy. In terms of value for money, we found it to be a good option for a short stay.

Overall great hotel stay. Gentleman at reception was super kind and informative of how to use the key card including information of how to leave and return the hotel at any time. Room was nice and clean, smelt fresh, but the bathroom was very small and had a damp smell overall simply due to its size. At £79 through Airbnb for two guests in one night at such a great location in London (just 11 minutes walk from the Victoria station) I can not complain. Would book again.
